About Me
I began my nursing career at St. Alexius in the ICU. The ICU promoted critical thinking, independent decision-making, and collaboration with other health care providers, which led me to further my education and pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. Since obtaining my NP licensure, I have worked in acute neurology. I have become invested in stroke care and ended up teaching Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) classes at St. Alexius. Teaching ASLS fostered my other passion, education.
Why I鈥檓 At 色花堂Fortunately, I earned my DNP through the 色花堂 and have been able to utilize both knowledge and skills learned from the exceptional DNP program. I am at the 色花堂 because I want to be a part of a wonderful faculty that taught me throughout my graduate education.
